Upgrade the Caffé Culture food offering

Check out Rational’s multi-talented cooking technology at Caffé Culture

Stand G7, 18 & 19 May 2011, London Olympia.

The food offering in coffee shops and cafes is getting more sophisticated as consumer expectations rise. A key issue for the market is staff knowledge: it’s one thing to toast a pannini, quite another to cook ‘proper’ meals.

The solution is on stand G7 at Caffé Culture, where Rational will be showing its latest SelfCooking Center. This smart cooking technology can roast, poach, bake, toast, slow cook, fast cook, grill – the list is pretty much endless. It can even prepare chips. And it cooks everything automatically and perfectly, at the touch of a button.

Show visitors will be able to find out more about Rational’s remarkable cooking technology and book a test-drive at a TeamCooking Live seminar, being held at over 100 venues around the country.

The SelfCooking Center is the most advanced combi steamer on the market. The reason it can prepare so many different foods so well is that the cabinet creates the perfect cooking climate for each dish. It does this by combining steam and dry heat, automatically adjusting the balance of each to create the perfect result, whatever the recipe.

All staff have to do is tell the unit what’s being cooked, by pushing the appropriate control. The SelfCooking Center does everything else. It even cleans itself at the end of a busy day.

“The SelfCooking Center is ideal for any kind of cafe food, from baked potatoes to steak to pizza – it’s even perfect for paninis!” says Ian Ring, sales director of Rational UK.

New Design at Awesomecuisine.com Provides Easy Access to Authentic Indian Food Recipes for Traditional Indian Cooking

New Design at Awesomecuisine.com Provides Easy Access to Authentic Indian Food Recipes for Traditional Indian Cooking

AwesomeCuisine.com

TamilNadu, India (PRWEB) March 9, 2011

Awesomecuisine.com has redesigned its website to make authentic Indian food recipes with step-by-step instructions easily available to anyone interested in Indian cooking.

India’s cooking tradition spans more than 2,000 years, but many traditional Indian recipes are seldom used or are forgotten in the modern world’s access to fast food. Awesomecuisine.com owner Praveen Kumar wants to make these traditional recipes available not only to Indians but also to people around the world who want to enjoy easy, delicious Indian cooking.

While Kumar sees the Internet as the obvious place to provide access to the wide variety of Indian dishes, he also believes that many cooking sites make Indian recipes look unnecessarily complex. By providing straightforward, step-by-step instructions for every recipe, Kumar is out to dispel the myth that Indian cooking is complicated.

According to Kumar, “As someone who appreciates good food and started to learn cooking after creating this site, I strive to ensure the recipes are neatly presented and simple to understand, so that anyone trying their hand at Indian food for the first time, or just learning to cook, feels comfortable and at ease with the simplicity of Indian food.”

The site offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian food recipes, including many beverage and dessert recipes, that are tried and tested to ensure they work. Plus, sections for baby food, diabetic recipes, low-calorie cooking, and more ensure that everyone can find recipes to meet their needs.

The site has even been featured in two local Indian publications, the Times of India and Hyderabad Wow!, and on the Fast Recipes blog.

About Awesomecuisine.com

Founded in 2007, awesomecuisine.com collects tested authentic Indian food recipes and presents them in an easy-to-follow, step-by-step format. Praveen Kumar combined his technical background with his passion for good food to create a website to share delicious Indian recipes with everyone around the world. Visit awesomecuisine.com to experience delicious, easy Indian food. As Kumar says, “There is nothing better than eating a delicious meal that you have cooked all by yourself.”
