We prefer to eat processed food that is not really nutritious and has chemicals that can destroy our health. We eat lots of chips, junk food and drink large quantities of soft drinks and alcohol. Eating healthy foods does not mean that you need to deprive yourself to eat the foods you love. This means staying healthy, feeling energetic, be in good shape so we can enjoy life to the fullest. A healthy diet can be done by choosing the right foods. Our bodies need healthy foods low in fat and cholesterol. Eat a larger meal at breakfast. Never skip meals because it makes the body weak and you’ll get sick. Avoid alcohol because it’s too bad for your health. Eat slowly, it prevents overeating and obesity. We should eat plenty of vegetables and fruits because they are healthy foods. We get vitamins and nutrients in these foods. It strengthens our immune system, it means that we are even more people fall ill. We are physically fit, mentally alert and physically active individuals. It prevents disease and illness such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, obesity, hypertension and cholesterol and obesity. When we eat a lot of unhealthy foods, we spend a lot of money especially when we get sick. What if you do not have money? You are about to suffer and die.
